TERMS OF SERVICE

Whenever you read this document you accept to work with me under these conditions, before pay for your commission ask ANY question about your order. Take in mind that the commission will not start as soon as I receive/confirm the payment, the time for the commission are between 1 or 3 months.The order of commissions is taken or done based on the time I confirm the payment (that this confirm the commission is ready to be done/started).If you do not answer to the request of changes through sketch-phase in 3 weeks you will lose your revisions and I will be continuing with your commission based on the sketch.Do NOT re-sell/sell my art or services, any commission that is being done by a third-part will broke this TOS. (this is for those who impersonate the client or the owner of the OC/Fursona/Character, if you don’t own the character please advise before doing the payment).Please do not use my art to feed AI.

PAYMENT

• Payment through KO-FI / PayPal Invoice only (I will need your Paypal e-mail to send you the invoice).• UPFRONT PAYMENT. Commission will start some days after payment.• There will be NO refunds. However, if I am unable to finish the piece, I will cancel and refund it.• To reserve a slot for the future, there will be a 10USD/page deposit. No refunds if cancellation is by you. This will be subtracted from the total amount. (This is to avoid ghosting!).• All prices stated are for personal use ONLY.• Commercial use will have extra charge. Please state beforehand.• In case I am not able to draw it, I have the right to refuse the commission!.• ! Common clients get a discount of 20% off in their commissions (this is only available to customers that commission me more than twice in the last 6 months). !Tips are greatly appreciated!

ILLUSTRATION

• Final illustration will be sent in PNG. And TIF. No raw files (PSD, CSP, KRA, etc.) will be provided!• Revisions will be made in sketch, 3 times MAX.• Revisions and changes after line-art will charge depends on how big are the changes/modifications.• No rush commissions. I may take up to one month to complete, depends on how complex it is and your queue.• If it is a rush commission and have a tight deadline, there will be a 50% price total charge, and will be given priority.• I have the right to use the artwork for my portfolio/social media UNLESS it was stated to keep it private. (you can request the commission to be private or restricted to “one” social media, please mention this before the details or before payment).• I will update you about WIPS through Twitter/Discord/Telegram or Fiverr (This last one is just if you buy through fiverr).• You can post the commissioned piece in your social media and use it, but do not claim the work as yours.• Do not use for NFT, or training for AI.• For OC: I am not open for design-from-scratch commissions. Please provide clear photos of references. A character sheet commission is accepted.

• NSFW pieces will have cost an extra 50% but this could change depending on the artwork.• Whenever you’re sending the details of your commission please avoid sending bad-quality references.• Reference must be fictional works as 3D pictures/2D Hand-drawing art, I will not accept or use real nsfw pictures.• Please notify or advice about the fetish you’re requesting or sending as references.• NSFW art will be uploaded to e621, if you do not feel comfortable with it, ask for this before payment/finished piece

I will NOT draw the following fetish or situations

❌ Age Gap.
❌ Minors/Cub.
❌ Scat.
❌ Inflation/big belly.
❌ Over-exaggerated genitals sizes.
❌ Zoo/Feral.
❌ Real people with NSFW content.
❌ Real people ships.
❌ Offensive content
❌ Very complex BG (Architecture, etc).
